Isntree BHA 0.9% Clear Toner

Isntree Clear Skin BHA Toner is an exfoliating (pH 3.5~4.0) toner that gently removes dead skin cells and smoothens skin texture. Betaine Salicylate (0.9%) is a mixture of betaine(obtaine from beet) and salicylic acid, which causes very little irritation. Formulated with other natural ingredients such as seaweeds complex (hijiki, sea staghorn, sea trumpet, and agar), this BHA toner not only exfoliates the skin but also effectively balances sebum and takes care of black and white heads.
